The main focus for this group is to provide customers with precision engineered products and solutions for instrumentation, automation and optimization for process measurement and control in varied industrial processes. Critical and hard to solve applications in the chemical, power, pulp and paper, food and beverage and general process industries are normal calls to Cross Instrumentation. Our expertise includes the products and services typically used with digital control valves and custom valve assemblies, flow solutions, level measurement, combustion analyzers, gas detection, and over-pressure protection.

Systems Integration Group

Cross Company’s Systems Integration Group, Innovative Controls, is a quality driven solutions business unit providing products, systems integration and engineering services to the industrial and municipal markets. We work in partnership with our clients to provide products and engineering solutions tailored to your application. All Innovative Controls personnel are well versed in the latest technology and can use this expertise to provide consultation for your special manufacturing needs to design the most strategic and cost effective solution.

Cross Company operates four franchised ParkerStores in North Carolina, each staffed with factory certified technicians. With locations in Asheville, Winston-Salem, Greensboro, and Raleigh, each store has the area’s largest inventory of hose and connector components to meet our customer's "right now" requirements. A ParkerStore is a complete hose and fittings inventory that's near where you work. We pride ourselves on having what you want, when you want it.
