A purpose-designed gearbox for the AGV market
The NEW GL Series gearbox from Apex Dynamics is a precision planetary gearbox with nominal torque capacities exceeding 350 newton-meters and less than 3 arc minutes of backlash. This allows this gearbox to drive even the largest AGVs with pinpoint accuracy.
The GL series’ unique rotary housing allows a drive wheel or pully to be mounted over the exterior, burying a large part of the gearbox in the wheel or pulley. This saves you space in the robot or cart. Additionally, the GL is available with a shaft input (GLS), allowing the gearbox to be driven by belt and pulley.
