Advantech Remote I/O

Advantech

Advantech Remote I/O Solutions are designed to provide reliable and efficient data acquisition and control for industrial automation and IoT applications. These systems enable seamless communication between devices and networks, ensuring accurate data collection and real-time monitoring. As an authorized provider of Advantech products, the Automation Group at Cross  is proud to offer their innovative Remote I/O solutions to help businesses enhance connectivity, efficiency, and scalability in their operations.

Advantech’s ADAM-6000 Ethernet I/O Modules use internet technology for flexible remote monitoring. With Peer-to-Peer (P2P) and Graphic Condition Logic (GCL), they function as standalone solutions for measurement, control, and automation.
Cost-effective remote RS-485 data acquisition modules offer analog, RTD, thermocouple, digital, relay and counter I/O with Modbus RTU protocol.
Serial Media Converters and Repeaters enable conversion between serial networks and other media, including RS-232 to RS-422/485, wireless, and fiber optics. While RS-232 is common, it has limitations in speed, range, and networking.
The ADAM-5000 PC-based controllers, including the ADAM-5560CE/KW Micro PAC, feature an Intel Atom D510 CPU, watchdog timer, and battery backup RAM. They support 5 IEC 61131-3 programming languages and, with optional HMI software and a VGA port, eliminate the need for additional SCADA PCs.
Industrial OPC UA Ethernet I/O Modules with Modbus protocol converge OT/IT with security, linking to SCADA and the cloud for remote monitoring.
Serial conversion and isolation products covering RS-232 to RS-422/485 converters, USB to RS-232/422/485 converters, and fiber optic converters.
