Over-The-Road Charging for Electric Work Vehicles
To increase productivity and reduce battery costs, the electrification experts at Cross’s Mobile Systems Integration group have developed an in-transit charging solution for electric work vehicles as they move between job sites.
Instead of unproductive downtime driving between job sites, the Cross solution uses the alternator in your truck to send power to your machine’s battery pack in transit. This effectively turns driving time into charging time.
Since your machine arrives at a site already charged, you’re extending the duty cycle, allowing you to complete more jobs in a day.
