Extend the Life of Your Equipment with Cross Repair Services

Hearing that you need to replace a relief valve or purchase new actuators isn’t something any process plant wants to hear. Beyond the unexpected costs, replacing integral parts of your process can result in production stoppage and downtime.

The good news is that it doesn’t have to come to that. In many cases, it is possible to keep your actuators, valves, or vents in good working order over time. The key regular is process equipment maintenance and repair.

Ensure you won’t face unexpected, extended downtime by keeping your valves and vents inspected and repaired. We have factory-trained service technicians with years of experience who can troubleshoot and repair your equipment quickly and without blowing your budget.

M4Knick's Solution for pH Monitoring Pharmaceutical Wastewater

Cross Process Solutions Newsletter - December 2022 2

In a pharmaceutical plant, there are multiple steps in treating wastewater created during drug manufacturing. There are three pH-dependent stages: Equalization, Neutralization, and Final Effluent. These are all critical processes and require accurate pH measurements to treat the wastewater produced by the facility. A failure of one of these measurements can cause upsets in the treatment process. Upsets create the potential for permit violations leading to financial penalties such as fines and costs to repair damage to the environment and municipal wastewater treatment infrastructure.

Check out this whitepaper to learn how the M4Knick’s Unical 9000, SensoGate WA 130, and SE 571 pH sensors can help you reduce risk, improve the quality of your measurements, and save on maintenance costs.
