Last week one of our Customers had a hydraulic hose blow out on the hoist on their new dump truck. It was Saturday morning and critically important for our Customer to get back on the road. Fortunately, Adam Matthews took the call and came in on his day off! Shortly after, our customer had the new hose and our shop was able to install it. My Customer and I are both extremely happy that Adam came in to do this. Great Manager, Great Service, Great Product and a Great Ending to a tough situation. Did you know... A fingerprint weighs about 50 micrograms. We know, we weighed it! The residue left from a finger can actually make a difference in weight results which is why we wear gloves when we calibrate weights. For reference, a sheet of paper is about 4.5 grams, that’s 4.5 million micrograms.
