I left my last company 2 months ago and came to IAC. When I arrived, I learned very quickly that we were in some trouble with our calibration. With an audit looming a month out and me not even knowing what gages we had in house at the time, I called Jennifer. Jennifer and her team were absolutely amazing. They came back multiple times as we found gages hidden around the shop. Keith, Sampson, and Mark were there within a day or 2 to help fix our problems. The knowledge that this team has is second to none and their willingness to help is a crunch was vital to obtaining the score we did on the audit! I choose cross 11 out of 10 times and will recommend them to anyone that needs any calibration needs. Above and beyond is an understatement for this team!
