Universal Robots Model UR3 Joint Replacement Tutorial

In this tutorial video presentation, Michael Davis, robotics field service technician for Cross, will demonstrate step-by-step how to replace the elbow joint on a Universal Robots model UR3

Prior to performing any maintenance on a Universal Robots collaborative robot (cobot), it is recommended that you acquire a UR Service Kit, part number 109010. This kit will include all of the preset torque screwdrivers, torque wrenches, and other tools needed for any UR Joint replacement.

For more information about replacement parts or service, contact a Cross robotics expert. Our team has years of experience working with the entire lineup of Universal Robots equipment and can help ensure replacement goes smoothly so your equipment can be back up and running as quickly and safely as possible.
