Overview
The new IND360 with MultiACM from Cross partner Mettler Toledo allows you to get more information from the analog load cells underneath your tank without replacing them. With minimal cost, you can upgrade to industrial ethernet and cloud connectivity to reap the benefits of additional data.
The MultiACM system connects to up to four analog load cells, enabling you to:
- Easily share weight data with other systems, including your PLC and DCS. For example, this allows you to monitor load position within your control system to prevent overloading or build-up on one side of your tank.
- Detect errors with your load cells, like broken cables or other faults
- Detect trends within each load cell which would not be detected by traditional analog weight indicators
- More efficient tank commissioning with LoadAdvisor, which provides shimming guidance and center of gravity indication.
