SonoPro® Ultrasonic Flow Meters
We’re able to offer a wide range of transit-time ultrasonic flow meters and SonoPro® ultrasonic flowmeters. These measure the time between when a signal is transmitted from the first transducer and when it is received by the second transducer. This allows the meter to take time measurements both with and against the flow. The meter then uses the difference in these two time measurements to calculate liquid velocity. And when the pipe area and liquid velocity are known, volumetric flow rate can be calculated with high accuracy.
SonoPro® meters are able to deliver a very accurate and reliable reading through incorporating high-accuracy transit-time ultrasonic technology. Their innovative design includes matched precision transducers and signal processing circuitry able to measure most flow over a wide range of velocities. SonoPro® meters can also provide a reliable (BTU) energy measurement with external temperature input.
