Mark-10 torque gauges and torque testers are accurate and feature-rich torque measurement products ideal for a wide range of torque applications. All torque gauges and torque testers capture the peak torque in both directions (CW and CCW) and have selectable units of torque measurement. Torque capacities are available from 10 ozFin full scale to 5,000 lbFin, depending on the torque gauge or torque tester. Units may be handheld or used with a test stand and gripping fixtures to create a complete torque testing solution. All torque gauges and torque testers carry the CE mark. Mark-10 Torque Gauges 2 Series TT01 Cap Torque Testers are designed to measure application and removal torque of bottle caps up to 100 lbFin [11.5 Nm]. Adjustable posts effectively grip a broad range of container shapes and sizes, while optional flat and adjustable jaws are available for unique profiles. A rugged aluminum design, and simple, intuitive operation allow for use in laboratory and production environments.

Mark-10 Torque Gauges 3 Series TT02 Torque Tool Testers present a simple and accurate solution for testing manual, electric, and pneumatic torque screwdrivers, wrenches, and other tools. These testers are compact and rugged, suitable for production environments. A universal 3/8” square receptacle accepts common bits and attachments. The TT02 captures peak torque in both measurement directions, and also calculates 1st and 2nd peaks, useful for click-type tools.

Mark-10 Torque Gauges 4 TT03 digital torque gauges are designed for clockwise and counter-clockwise torque testing applications in virtually every industry, with capacities from 10 ozFin to 100 lbFin (7 to 1,150 Ncm). A dedicated remote torque sensor with Jacobs chuck can be used to grip a sample, bit, or fixture. The gauges’ rugged aluminum housing allows for hand-held use or test stand mounting for more sophisticated testing requirements.

Mark-10 Torque Gauges 5 Series TT03C digital cap torque gauges are quick and economical solutions for basic handheld cap torque testing. These portable instruments eliminate the need to secure closures in a fixture or more elaborate testing system. A dedicated remote torque sensor with Jacobs chuck is supplied with a universal grip for caps from 0.65 – 1.55 in (16.5 – 39.4 mm) diameter.
